One week before departure

Start packing
Almost time to go! Thailand is hot and humid, so make sure you pack for it. Make a copy of your passport and bring some extra passport photos.

Most airlines have a baggage allowance of 55-66 lbs (25-30 kgs) for international flights. Please double check with your airline to avoid extra baggage fees at the airport.

When you arrive

As soon as you land, connect to the free airport wi-fi and check-in with us on Slack.

You will be picked up at the airport and taken to your hotel. Our driver will only wait for 1.5 hours, so please proceed to luggage collection as soon as you have landed. Should your flight arrive late, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. If you land before the 1st July, you will not be picked up and will need to make your own way to your hotel. If for some reason you fail to meet up with us at the airport, you will need to make your own way to your hotel. We will send you your hotel information in our Slack information session.

You can find an itinerary of what you'll be doing during your stay here. Further reading on our volunteer 6-week adventure can be found here. If you are unsure about anything, please let us know. Take a look at pictures from previous adventures!

We look forward to seeing you in Asia soon!
